[The use of barberry berries in human nutrition]

Abstract

The contents of carbohydrates, organic acids, some vitamin, poliphenolic compounds, pectin tannin, mineral elements, in berberis vulgaris are presented. Describle utilize berberis in traditional medicine and dietetica are also outlined.
