Abstract

Intact-PTH began to increase early at 1.0 <or= s-Cr < 1.3mg/dL. Thereafter gradual increase was evident. 1,25 (OH)(2)D(3) decreased from 1.3 <or= s-Cr <1.6 mg/dL somewhat later than intact-PTH. This was followed by gradual decrease. On end stage renal failure before dialysis, Ca derivatives and/or Vit D derivatives are administered to compensate hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia and hyperparathyroidism. However, progression to renal failure should be paid attention.
