Abstract

An original case of fissured superficial femoral aneurysm in a context of arteriomegaly is reported. The analysis of the literature emphasizes the great latency of the disease, and the very low frequency of rupture, especially in this site. The key test for follow-up of the disease is Doppler ultrasound.
