An autopsy case of cardiac sarcoidosis with refractory ventricular tachycardia

Abstract

A case of cardiac sarcoidosis with refractory ventricular tachycardia is presented. This case was followed up for 6 years and was autopsied. The cephalad portion of the interventricular septum and the right ventricular outflow tract were markedly thinned, and sarcoid granulomas were also found in the lung.
