[Skin metastasis of lung carcinoma like Dupuytren's disease]

Abstract

Metastasis in the hand is uncommon. We report a case of metastasis of bronchial cancer to the hand mimicking Dupuytren's disease, which was operated using a skin graft with a good functional result. General prognosis is still very bad and the treatment should be palliative.
