In conclusion a relationship between OP and der(1;7)(q10; p10) was suggested in MDS. Further study based on a larger number of cases is needed to confirm the validity of our hypothesis and to unravel the mutation’s pathogenesis as well as the impact on clinical features of MDS.; der(1;7)(q10; p10); myelodysplastic syndrome; organizing pneumonia; prednisolone.
