Abstract

纵隔AB型胸腺瘤合并肺梭形细胞类癌病例罕见，该文报道1例54岁女性纵隔AB型胸腺瘤合并肺梭形细胞类癌的病例，镜下观察肺类癌肿瘤由梭形或短梭形细胞构成，与AB型胸腺瘤中梭形上皮细胞相似，易被误诊为胸腺瘤肺转移。该文描述其组织学特点及免疫表型，提出诊断和鉴别诊断要点，以提高临床及病理医师对本病的认识。.
