Abstract

肾动脉梗阻为顽固性高血压的常见原因，一些合并肾动脉梗阻的患者发作闪烁性肺水肿常被忽视。该文报道了1例急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的患者发作闪烁性肺水肿，择期行冠状动脉球囊扩张后病情稳定出院，门诊随访时表现为舒张性心力衰竭及顽固性高血压，最终诊断为肾动脉梗阻，给予肾动脉支架置入，术后3个月随访，舒张性心力衰竭好转，血压控制良好。.
