[Article in Russian]

Abstract

A novel scheme for human recombinant somatotropin and its mutant forms isolation which includes ion-exchange and metal chelate affinity chromatography has been developed. A change in the chromatographic behaviour of the isolated proteins depending on the amino acid substitutions has been demonstrated.
