Abstract

The 1990s have brought changes in the instrumentation and techniques of hair transplant surgery. In the donor area punch graft harvesting is now obsolete. In the recipient area micro- and mini-grafting allows a well-trained transplant team to consistently create natural, undetectable transplant hairs.
