Abstract

Introduction: Isolated body lateropulsion in absence of vertigo, cerebellar syndrome, sensory loss or motor weakness is an extremely rare. This condition has only been reported four times.

Clinical cases and conclusion: We present four patients in whom isolated body lateropulsion was a single manifestation of lateral medullary ischemia.
