Abstract
We report a case of frontal sinus amelanotic melanoma in a 76-year-old man. The diagnosis was based mainly on immunohistochemical studies. Despite an aggressive therapeutic regimen associating surgery and radiotherapy, outcome was fatal 8 months after onset of symptoms.
